3 – The Prize
Prices are indicated in euros, VAT included, in the event of a change in the VAT rate, the rate in force at the date of invoicing will be taken into account. They only include what you made the reservation for. In the possible case where you choose during your stay additional or different services their price will be added to the price of the reservation at the time of the invoicing. The price of the rooms does not include the tourist tax which you can find on the page of the tariffs of our hotel and which will be included in the invoicing, the rate of the tourist tax applicable is that in force at the date of the invoicing.
Prices are subject to change at any time by us, however the current price remains the price indicated on your booking.
4 Our hotel and our services
For health and safety reasons, animals are not allowed in the establishment.
Our rooms are available from 14h on the day of your arrival and must be vacated at 11h on the day of your departure, a supplement may be applied in case of late departure.
In case of late arrival, you must inform the hotel so that either the host will be at your disposal upon arrival or he will inform you of the night access codes to the hotel.
You agree to respect our hotel, equipment and other guests. Any disrespectful behaviour will lead us to take you back to our establishment, any started service is due and you will not be granted any compensation.
5 – Payment
Payment can be made by cheque, cash or credit card.
Payment of all services due is made at the end of the stay, to the host present, less any booking fees or deposit.
6 – Reservation
You can make reservations by phone, mail, email or in person at the reception desk.
Unless otherwise indicated by the host, in order to guarantee your reservation you will be asked to send us a deposit cheque or your payment card print (cheque given on the day of departure, card print not used).
The reservation will only be guaranteed when we are in possession of one of these two elements and when we have sent you a reservation confirmation detailing the reserved services.
In some cases you will be asked to pay a deposit (especially during peak periods). This deposit can be sent to us in the above-mentioned way, your reservation will be final only from the moment when these deposit are in our possession, these last will be deducted on your invoice of the price to be paid.
7 – Amendment
The modification of your reservation must be made at the latest 48 hours before the beginning of your stay and will be taken into account by us subject to availability.
The modification is validated only after confirmation from us, by sending an email of validation.

8 – Cancellation
You can cancel your stay by email, by phone or by coming to the reception.
The cancellation of your reservation will only be effective upon receipt of a validation email from us.
The applicable date for cancellation is the date of receipt of your cancellation by our services.
In the event of non-appearance and in the absence of cancellation, the total amount of the reserved service will be debited to you.
8.1 If you have not been asked for a deposit, you may cancel your stay free of charge up to 120 hours (5 days) before the start date of your stay.

The customer will be held responsible for any damage, deterioration, act of vandalism which could occur during his stay, on the movable goods, decorations and embellishments belonging to the hotel.

In application of the law L.78-17 of January 6, 1978, you are informed that information of a personal nature that you communicate to us is subject to computer processing, unless you object.
You have the right to access, modify or delete this data on request.
These data are essential to your reservation in our hotel and are neither exchanged nor sold to third parties.
11 – Complaints
Any claim must be submitted to the Hotel Saint Jacques, 7 place Cadelade, 43000 Le Puy en Velay within 30 days from the start date of the stay.
12 – Law and competent courts
The applicable law is French law, in case of dispute or claim the competent court is the court of Le Puy en Velay – France.
